These terms apply to your use of clickster.ae and to the services provided by Clickster Marketing ("Clickster", "we", "us"), based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By using the site or our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Our services
We help businesses improve how they appear in Google Search, Google Maps and AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Copilot. The exact scope, deliverables, fees and timeline of any paid engagement are set out in the proposal or quote we send you, which forms part of these terms.
2. Free visibility audit
The free audit is a one-time review with no obligation to buy. It is based on information available at the time and is given for guidance only.
3. No guaranteed results
Search engines and AI platforms decide rankings and answers themselves and change how they work without notice. We use recognised good practice, but we cannot guarantee any particular ranking, position, AI mention, traffic level or number of leads.
4. Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information and timely access to the accounts we need, such as your website, Google Business Profile and analytics.
- Make sure you have the right to use any content, logos or images you give us.
- Review and approve work within a reasonable time.
5. Fees and payment
Fees are shown in your proposal and are in UAE dirhams (AED) unless stated otherwise. Monthly plans are billed in advance. Unless your proposal says otherwise, invoices are due within 7 days, and either side can end a monthly plan with 30 days' written notice. Fees already paid are not refundable for work already started or delivered.
6. Intellectual property
Once paid in full, you own the content we create specifically for you. We keep ownership of our own tools, methods and templates, and we may mention your business name as a client unless you ask us not to.
7. Confidentiality
Both sides will keep each other's non-public business information confidential and use it only for the engagement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement in the 3 months before the claim.
9. Use of this website
The content on this site is for general information. You may not copy, scrape or misuse the site, or try to disrupt it. Links to other websites are provided for convenience, and we are not responsible for their content.
10. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute.
12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies from the date shown at the top.
