This policy explains how Clickster Marketing ("Clickster", "we", "us") collects and uses personal data. We are based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and we handle personal data in line with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL).

1. What we collect

• Information you send us. When you message us on WhatsApp or otherwise contact us, we receive your name, phone number, business name, website address and anything else you choose to share.
• Usage data. If you accept analytics cookies, we collect anonymous information about how the site is used, such as pages viewed, device type, approximate location (city or country) and how you arrived on the site.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider automatically logs basic technical details such as IP address, browser type and the time of your visit, for security and to keep the site running.

2. How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare your free visibility audit.
• To provide, manage and invoice the services you order from us.
• To understand how visitors use the site and improve it.
• To keep the site secure and prevent abuse.

We rely on your consent (for analytics cookies and marketing messages), on the steps needed to provide services you ask for, and on our legitimate interest in running and protecting our business.

3. Cookies

We use only the cookies the site needs to work, plus analytics cookies (Google Analytics) if you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer, or by clearing cookies in your browser.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, including:

• WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) for messaging.
• Google for analytics and fonts.
• Our website hosting provider.

Some of these providers process data outside the UAE. Where that happens, we rely on their contractual and security safeguards. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry messages for up to 24 months after our last contact, and client records for as long as the law requires for accounting and tax purposes. Analytics data is kept for 14 months.

6. Your rights

7. Security

The site is served over HTTPS, and we limit access to personal data to the people who need it to do their work.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
